Place the meat, Seasoning Sazón and salt in a large bowl and mix.
Grill the meat for 6 minutes on a griddle with oil and high temperature (heat first). Turn the meat when it is golden and set aside.
On the same plate, place the coalho cheese and grill it on both sides and reserve it while it is still hot.
Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees until crispy.
Take one of the halves of the bread and place the grilled meat, heated cheese and lettuce. Close with the other half and it's ready to serve.
You can add sauce of your choice.
