To start making the dumpling, we are going to separate the beans and meat from the beans and the broth. Use 500g of beans with the meat (minus the bones) and 500ml of liquid. Blend everything in the blender. In a pan, add a drizzle of oil and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Saute the garlic and add the beaten bean mixture. Add 200g of cassava flour. Mix until it forms a uniform mass, add 1 tablespoon of wheat. Let cool wrapped in plastic wrap.
Chop the sausage into cubes (without the skin) and fry in a frying pan. Reserve. Saute the kale in the butter with pieces of bacon and season with salt and pepper.
Make balls with the cold dough, fill with the sausage and cabbage. Pass the egg and flour twice and take it to fry.
