- Sweet olive oil6 tablespoon
- Grease a baking dish with sweet oil
- Peel the bananas and cut in half
- Place the bananas on the baking sheet, brush the top with sweet olive oil and bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Remove and add the coalho cheese on top of the bananas for another 15 minutes until golden and the cheese melted.
