- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Ripe banana1 unit(s)
- Brown sugar (optional)1 teaspoon
- Water2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, mash the banana and add the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and water. Mix well and finally add the yeast. Put the dough in a mug with a capacity of 400ml and take it to the microwave for 2 minutes on high power (this time may vary according to the power of the equipment). Allow to cool, unmold and serve.
