Wheat Flour11/2 cup
Refined Sugar1/3 cup
Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Cake Yeast1 teaspoon
Brown sugar to taste

Way of doing Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare 12 muffin tins on the baking sheet or in pie tins.
Mash the bananas. Beat the eggs with oil in a bowl and set aside.
In another platter, mix the dry ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, bicarbonate, baking powder and salt, gradually increase the egg mixture to the flour
(it will be a very doughy dough). Then add the mashed bananas and mix well.
Place a slice of banana in each unit, Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of the muffins before baking. This makes them crispy on top.
Distribute in the molds and bake for about 20 minutes until golden, or until sticking a toothpick comes out clean 😃 You can also make it in those forms of bread, it's a cake 🥰
