Banana Muffin

Amassar a banana, misturar com o ovo e acrescentar os demais ingredientes. Despejar a massa em forminhas (pode deixar pra colocar a pasta/nuts/chocolate no final, no centro de cada bolinho).

Mash the banana, mix with the egg and add the other ingredients. Pour the dough into molds (you can leave to put the paste / nuts / chocolate at the end, in the center of each cupcake).

Levar pra assar na air fryer por cerca de 10-12 minutos ou forno pré-aquecido por cerca de 15-20 min, a 180ªC. Retirar das forminhas e esperar esfriar.

Bake in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes or in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180ºC. Remove from the molds and wait to cool.
