Brown sugar260 g
Eggs4 unit(s)
Finely flaked oatmeal300 g
Yeast13 g
Oil150 ml
Raisins to taste

Beat eggs, sugar, 2 bananas and oil in a blender, once it becomes a homogeneous mass, transfer the mass to a container.
Then add the oats and mix, then add the bruised bananas and mix, finally add the raisins and yeast.
Grease the pan, it can be with mold release agent or with margarine and wheat, if you prefer, use baking paper at the bottom of the pan.
Then add brown sugar to the bottom of the pan and place banana slices, pour the dough and place in the preheated oven at 150°
