Em uma frigideira Antiaderente coloquei o bacon picado e a margarina e fritei bem.

Quebrei dois ovos e coloquei por cima do bacon já frito após as claras estarem bem branquinhas coloquei por cima a banana caturra cortada em rodelas (banana bem madura), joguei orégano por cima e o sal.
