- Standard Minas cheese30 g
- Cinnamon to taste
- Cut the banana into thin slices and cover half of a non-stick or greased skillet.
- Add the cheese slices on top of the banana
- In a small bowl or bowl, mix the egg and tapioca, and pour into the skillet, so that it covers the entire skillet.
- Cover and wait for cooking
- When ready, fold in half and serve.
- Finally, add cinnamon to taste.
