- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Oil3/4 ml
- Bread flour2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Blend 5 bananas, eggs, sugar, oil in a blender. Beat well until the egg smells. Reserve
- In a bowl place the breadcrumbs, yeast and mix well. Gradually add the beaten dough to the flour and stir for them to mix well. Reserve.
- On a plate, take 3 bananas and crush them with a fork. And add to the dough that was reserved.
- Put the dough in a greased shape, place slices of two bananas on top and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of the bananas. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave for 30 minutes.
- Unmold and it's ready.
