  • Yeast powder01 tablespoon
  • Bananas sliced lengthwise06 unit(s)
  1. Caramelize a cake form
  2. Already leave the shape caramelized and prepared with the sliced banana, in the sense of length. Wrap the entire shape with thin slices all around and in the center as well. The banana adheres well to the caramel. Set aside.
  3. Cream the butter with the sugar, add the eggs, beating one by one. Mix the vanilla, the yogurt and stir, mixing well. Finally, place the wheat already mixed with the yeast, add the milk and stir slowly, without beating. Put this mixture in the mold and also place some pieces of banana inside the dough, bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for approximately 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
