Ripe medium bananas8 unit(s)
Eggs4 unit(s)
Butter4 tablespoon
Oat flakes10 tablespoon
Wheat flour5 tablespoon
Yeast1 tablespoon
Sugar300 g
Cinnamon powder to taste

In a bowl add the butter and sugar, mix well and when it is well incorporated, add the eggs. Beat well until it doesn't smell like eggs.
Incorporate the wheat flour and oats. Then add the 6 mashed bananas, the cinnamon powder and the baking powder. Stir to incorporate all ingredients.
Grease the form, place 2 sliced bananas to decorate and add the cake dough.
Bake in medium oven for approximately 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
