- Oat flakes2 cup
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Beat the eggs, two bananas, the oil, the milk and the sugar in the blender.
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and oats with the blender mixture and add the yeast.
- Pour into a greased and floured form. Garnish with the remaining banana and ground cinnamon (to taste)
- Bake in a medium oven until golden
