  • Wholemeal flour1/2 cup
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  • Chocolate powder1 cup
  • Skimmed milk1/2 cup
  • Banana1 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon1/2 cup
  • Crystal sugar1/2 cup
  • Banana essence1 teaspoon
  • Demerara sugar1/2 cup
  • Sicilian lemon zest1 tablespoon
  • Iced sugar to sprinkle at the end1/2 cup
  1. In a bowl, place the egg and the banana essence, beat for two minutes in your hand, add the mashed banana, the demerara sugar, and with the help of a fouet mix everything very well, adding the coconut oil, milk, flours, chocolate powder, half of the lemon zest and finally the baking powder. Unite the shapes with crystal sugar, sprinkle cinnamon, put the dough and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Once ready, wait for it to cool a little, unmold and sprinkle with the iced sugar.
