- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Maca Vinegar2 teaspoon
- Oat flakes (or half almond flour)2 cup
- 70% chopped chocolate200 g
- Sliced banana for garnish1 unit(s)
- In a blender place the eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, bananas, cinnamon, vinegar and beat until smooth.
- Finally, add the oatmeal, bicarbonate of soda and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Place on a platter and add the chopped chocolate.
- Grease a small loaf tin, place the dough in the tin, top with sliced bananas and a little chopped chocolate.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden.
