Egg1 unit(s)
Ripe banana1 unit(s)
Coconut oil or softened butter2 tablespoon
Sugar or sweetener3 tablespoon
Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
Liquid milk1/2 cup
Oat flakes1/2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon

Beat all the ingredients in the blender for a minute (except the yeast, mix last).
If you want, you can add the raisin dough, pieces of chocolate or chopped/mashed banana.
Place the dough in a small greased and lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20/25 minutes.
