- Tapioca Gum | 15 teaspoon
- Banana | 2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon | to taste
- Mash the bananas adding the cinnamon and set aside.
- In a non-stick skillet, place 5 tablespoons of tapioca starch and let it set then turn.
- Take the banana with cinnamon and fill the tapioca. Fold it in half. Repeat the process two more times.
Serve with tea, coffee or juice
