- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Chamichure to taste
- Wash the potatoes and dry. cut into cubes
- Place in a mold drizzled with oil.
- Sprinkle oregano and chamichure
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake until soft.
- Remove the aluminum and let it brown.
- Siva as a snack or with grilled chicken.
