- Cold cooked rice2 cup

- Milk1/4 cup
- Seasonings to taste
- Beat the milk with the onion, the ricotta, the garlic and the pepper in the blender (the pepper can be added to the recipe without beating).
- Pour the mixture into a container and set aside.
- In the meantime, add the rice to the blender and pulse a few times (I didn't want it completely crushed), you'll need to blend the rice to make it easier to blend.
- Then pour it next to the container with the dough.
- Grate the cheese and add the other ingredients.
- Mix well and make balls.
- I breaded with Amaranth bran and took it to the oven for 20 minutes on average (I did it in the Air fryer for 10 minutes).
