- Garlic Powder1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder1/2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Kosher salt1/2 to taste
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Washed Large Russet Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/3 cup
- Fresh chopped parsley2 tablespoon
- Preheat oven to 400°F and strong 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the reserved oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Wash and scrub the potatoes well to remove any dirt.
- Blot excess moisture with a paper towel.
- Then place the potato on a cutting board and carefully cut it in half lengthwise.
- Place the cut side down on the cutting board again in half to create quarters.
- If the potatoes are large, you can cut each quarter in half again to create 8 slices.
- Place the slices in a large bowl.
- Pour the oil mixture on top and rub generously over the potatoes to coat evenly.
- Now spread the slices on the prepared baking sheets, making sure to leave some space between them.
- Sprinkle with 3/4 of the Parmesan and bake for 30-40 minutes, turning once with tongs to ensure an even golden tone.
- Once this is done, remove from the oven. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Season with extra salt and pepper, if needed, and serve hot with your favorite sauce.
- Now just serve!😉
