- lemon, olive oil, pepper, onion powder and dried parsley to taste
- Wash well and cut the potatoes into cubes or canoe;
- Place in a pan with water and salt, lead to fire, for 5 min;
- Drain and season while still hot;
- Bake in the air fryer for 20 min, stopping halfway through to mix.
