- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Plant milk (or milk)1/2 cup
- Protein powder (flavor preferred) or flaxseed meal2 tablespoon
- Cane molasses (or coconut nectar or honey)2.5 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder (if you don't like it, add this extra amount of protein)1/2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and bake in a preheated oven (180°) for 20 minutes. It's like a creamy 'cake', so you eat it with a spoon straight from the pot =D
- You can add 1/3 cup of some 'filling' to the dough, such as chocolate chips or pieces, berries, cranberry, chopped walnuts... or add peanut butter when eating bananas or chopped fruit.
