- Wheat for Kibe500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Mint to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Mozzarella300 g
- Chili pepper to taste
- Soak the buckwheat in boiling water, the amount is 2 fingers above covering it all. Reserve.
- Season the meat with the seasonings of your choice, well seasoned.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, mint and black pepper.
- After the wheat has absorbed all the water, add the seasoned meat, mix well to thicken both.
- Grease the mold with butter, spread half of the mixture, put the mozzarella, complete with the rest of the mixture, make holes with a fork, drizzle with the oil. Place in the oven for 15 min.
- Garnish with pout pepper to decorate.
