  • Wheat for Kibe500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Mint to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella300 g
  • Chili pepper to taste
  1. Soak the buckwheat in boiling water, the amount is 2 fingers above covering it all. Reserve.
  2. Season the meat with the seasonings of your choice, well seasoned.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, mint and black pepper.
  4. After the wheat has absorbed all the water, add the seasoned meat, mix well to thicken both.
  5. Grease the mold with butter, spread half of the mixture, put the mozzarella, complete with the rest of the mixture, make holes with a fork, drizzle with the oil. Place in the oven for 15 min.
  6. Garnish with pout pepper to decorate.
