Cut the bananas into thin slices.
Spread the banana on the buttered baking sheet without overlapping.
Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 10 minutes.
Flip the bananas and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
Transfer to a plate with paper towels and let it dry until crispy.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Store in jars so you don't lose the crunchiness.
