- Wheat flour | 280 g
- Organic Yeast | 10 g
- Oil | 1/4 cup
- warm milk | 125 ml
- Eggs | 2 unit(s)
- Sugar | 2 tablespoon
- Salt | 1 dessert spoon
- Mateiga | to taste
- grated cheese | to taste
Recipe
- In the mixer, first add the liquid ingredients: oil, warm milk, eggs, sugar, salt and yeast. Beat for 2 minutes
- Add the wheat flour little by little and beat either by hand with a wooden spoon, or with the mixer (if it is suitable for heavy doughs) beat for about 10 minutes, cover with a clean dish towel or plastic film, and let it rest in the oven for 60 minutes.
- After doubling the size of the dough, mold the buns with your hands bathed in oil, and set aside in a greased and floured shape. Let it rest again for 60min.
- Doubled in size again, bake at 200°C for approximately 10min or until golden. After baking, brush butter and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve at will!
