- Mashed avocado with lemon, olive oil and salt1/2 unit(s)

- Salt, black pepper and olive oil1 to taste
- Vinegar3 tablespoon
- Brown the slice of bread with butter.
- Mash half of the avocado and season with lemon, salt and olive oil.
- In a small pan with a thicker bottom, add water and when the first bubbles appear, lower the heat (DO NOT LET IT BOIL). Put vinegar. With a spatula, make a swirl according to the video, and add the egg without shell, in the middle. Leave for 3 to 4 minutes and remove gently.
- Assembly: bread + avocado + poached egg and finish with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
