- Sweet cassava starch250 g
- Artisanal half-cured cheese170 g
- Salt10 g
- Oil150 ml
- Water200 ml
- Milk150 ml
- Small whole eggs4 unit(s)
- Boil liquids. Mix the dry ingredients. Blanch the cassava and wait for it to cool
- Mix the beaten eggs and knead, checking for doneness (dough that can be rolled but still sticky). Mix the cheese.
- Roll into desired size and place in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes at 180°C.
