- Onion Cream60 g
- Seasoning (your preference)1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Cut the bread in half and set aside.
- In a bowl add the ground beef, salt, onion cream and seasoning. Stir everything well.
- Then divide into parts and make balls and then knead with your hands to shape the meat.
- After frying the meat on both sides, on top add a slice of mozzarella to melt a little.
- Then put the meat on the bread along with the cheese and go assembler.
