  • Leftover risotto (any flavor)3 cup
  • Wheat2 tablespoon
  • Cheddar (slice)4 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Panko Flour1 cup
  • Oil for frying500 ml
  1. When you have leftover risotto, of any flavor, leave it in the fridge overnight. The next day, add the wheat flour to help bind it together. In your hands, separate a ball and put the cheddar cheese. Roll up like a brigadier.
  2. Dip the balls in wheat flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the panko flour.
  3. Heat a pan with oil and fry the balls until golden brown. consume it hot
