Rale a maçã com auxílio de um ralador;

Grate the apple with the help of a grater;

Retire o excesso de água da maçã numa peneira, pressionando com os dedos;

Remove the excess water from the apple in a sieve, pressing it with your fingers;

Misture a maçã com o restante dos ingredientes, ovo, farinha de aveia, açúcar demerara e canela, leve à frigideira antiaderente 

Mix the apple with the rest of the ingredients, egg, oatmeal, demerara sugar and cinnamon, take it to the non-stick skillet

Asse os dois lados da panqueca e pode servir! 

Bake both sides of the pancake and you can serve!
