grated apple1 unit(s)
Wheat flour2 tablespoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
Honey1 to taste
Oil for greasing the skillet1 to taste

Wash the apple and pass it on the grater.
Then on a plate I put the grated apple, egg, wheat flour and cinnamon powder.
Mix everything with a fork. Now in a frying pan that doesn't stick I put a thread of oil just to grease the shape.
I put the pasta on and let it cook on one side for about 2 minutes then turn it over and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
Then and only serve with black coffee. or with honey
