• Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
• Honey, sugar or sweetener | 2 tablespoon
• Yeast | 1 tablespoon
• Cinnamon | 0 to taste

Recipe

1. Mix all the ingredients in the blender, leaving the oats and yeast for last.
2. Place in a small greased shape and light in the airfryer (preheated) for 20 min or conventional oven (can also be done in the skillet).
