bananas2 unit(s)
apples2 unit(s)
yeast1 tablespoon
cinnamon powder (optional)2 tablespoon

Beat the eggs, sugar and butter in the mixer, add the sifted wheat flour little by little and mix with the help of a whisk or a spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Then add the bananas and apples cut into cubes, cinnamon and baking powder, mix and place in a greased shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
Note: You don't put milk or water in this cake, the dough is very thick.
