Apple cake

No liquidificador colocar os ovos, o leite, o óleo e a Maçã com casca. Bater tudo e reserve.
Em uma tigela, colocar a farinha integral, a farinha de aveia e o adoçante culinário, misturar os ingredientes.

In the blender place the eggs, milk, oil and apple with peel. Beat everything and set aside.
In a bowl, place the wholemeal flour, oat flour and culinary sweetener, mix the ingredients.

Colocar a mistura do liquidificador na tigela e misturar bem, depois colocar o fermento em pó e misturar delicadamente.
Cortar uma maçã em cubos e reserve.

Place the blender mixture in the bowl and mix well, then add the baking powder and mix gently.
Cut an apple into cubes and set aside.

Em uma forma untada colocar um pouco da massa do bolo, e um pouco da maçã em cubos, um pouco de Cramberry e a massa, repetir o processo. 

In a greased shape put some of the cake dough, and a little of the apple in cubes, a little cranberry and the dough, repeat the process.

No final cortar mais 1 maçã em tiras e colocar em cima da maça. E colocar o cramberry também. Levar para assar até dourar. Esperar esfriar o bolo para desenformar e servir.

At the end, cut 1 more apple into strips and place on top of the apple. And put the cranberry too. Bake until golden. Wait for the cake to cool before unmolding and serving.
