Raisins1/3 cup
Crushed walnuts3 tablespoon
Wheat flour1 cup
Oat bran1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder to taste
Yeast1/2 tablespoon
Crushed walnuts for garnish1 tablespoon

Beat the oil, eggs, apple, sugar and raisins in a blender.
Then pour into a bowl and add the other ingredients, mix well until smooth. Put the yeast in last.
Arrange in cupcake molds, decorate with crushed walnuts and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 25 minutes.
