Ingredients

• Eggs | 2 unit(s)
• Oil | 1/4 cup
• Small apple (1 and 1/2 cup) | 2 unit(s)
• Brown sugar | 1/3 cup
• Raisins | 1/3 cup
• Crushed walnuts | 3 tablespoon
• Wheat flour | 1 cup
• Oat bran | 1/2 cup
• Cinnamon powder |  to taste
• Yeast | 1/2 tablespoon
• Crushed walnuts for garnish | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

1. Beat the oil, eggs, apple, sugar and raisins in a blender.
2. Then pour into a bowl and add the other ingredients, mix well until smooth. Put the yeast in last.
3. Arrange in cupcake molds, decorate with crushed walnuts and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 25 minutes.
