Milk1/2 cup
Egg1 unit(s)
Wheat flour3/4 cup
room temperature butter2 tablespoon
Salt1 coffee spoon
Sugar1 tablespoon
chemical yeast powder1 tablespoon
Chopped fruit of your choice to taste
Honey to taste

In a container, place the milk, egg, flour, 1 tablespoon of butter, salt, sugar and yeast and mix well, with the help of a fouet or fork, until you get a homogeneous cream;
In a frying pan, melt another 1 of the tablespoons of butter and put some of the prepared dough (approximately 2 tablespoons of dough), to obtain a small disk of dough;
Wait until the pancake is golden on one side and turn with the help of a spatula; let it brown on the other side. Repeat the operation with all the dough;
Serve the pancakes hot with butter, honey and chopped fruit.
