- Baking Powder2 teaspoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Oil1 teaspoon
- Mix the dough well until it becomes consistent. If the dough becomes liquid, you can add two more tablespoons of wheat flour.
- If you don't have a non-stick frying pan, you will need to grease it with a light layer of oil, use a paper towel with oil.
- Keep the heat on low and wait for the skillet to heat up before adding the pasta.
- Put the dough in the skillet very slowly, try to form slices. You can usually make about 4 rounds of dough at a time.
- After small bubbles form in the dough, it's time to turn them with a spatula. Lightly tap to cook the edges and then you can take it out of the skillet.
