Peanut paste100 g
Margarine50 g
Sugar120 g
Brown Sugar110 g
Large egg2 unit(s)
Wheat Flour250 g
Oat Flakes250 g
Baking Powder2 teaspoon
Chopped Dark Chocolate300 g
Roasted peanuts without shell150 g
Vanilla essence2 teaspoon

Mix the fat, sugars and vanilla essence
Add the eggs little by little and mix well.
Add the flour and oats little by little and mix well (you can do it by hand or with a planetary mixer)
Add the yeast and mix just to incorporate it into the dough.
After the dough is well mixed, add the peanuts and chocolate
Form small balls and bake in a preheated oven, on parchment paper, for approximately 15 minutes (250° C)
