Mix yeast + sugar + 50 ml of warm water, cover and let rise for about 15 minutes. Add in this activated yeast, all the remaining ingredients, mix very well, add the wheat little by little until you get the point. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
Stretch the dough spread a thin layer of curd. Add the cheese and ham, tomato slices and oregano. Close the dough on the sides, cut into pieces of your choice, brush egg yolk with melted butter and finish with oregano. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
