Place the manioc in a bowl, add the parsley, cheese, egg yolk, salt and pepper, stir them with a spoon or knead them with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
With the dough ready, shape 20 balls, coat them in wheat flour and set aside.
Then, heat a pan with oil and as soon as it is hot, fry the balls until golden.
Remove from heat and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
