Ingredients

  • Boiled and mashed cassava | 3 cup
  • Chopped green smell | 1/3 to taste
  • Grated cured Minas cheese | 1/2 cup
  • Gem | 1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour | 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying | 1 to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste | 1 to taste

Recipe

  1. Place the manioc in a bowl, add the parsley, cheese, egg yolk, salt and pepper, stir them with a spoon or knead them with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
  2. With the dough ready, shape 20 balls, coat them in wheat flour and set aside.
  3. Then, heat a pan with oil and as soon as it is hot, fry the balls until golden.
  4. Remove from heat and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  5. If you prefer, you can fill it with the flavor you prefer.
