- Place the acerola and water in a blender. For every cup (of tea) full of acerola, add half a cup of filtered water. Hit it well. Pass through a fine sieve. Put it in containers or freezer bags, close it and put a label with the name of what's inside and the date you made it (sometimes I also put the expiration date). Place in the freezer and let it freeze.
