  • chives with peel (no seeds) | 8 unit(s)
  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Xylitol or erythritol or culinary sweetener (I used lowcucar) | 100 g
  • Orange juice | 1/2 cup
  • canola oil | 1/3 cup
  • Rice flour | 1 cup
  • Oat flour | 1 cup
  • Orange zest |  to taste
  • Baking powder | 1 dessert spoon


  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
  2. In the blender, beat the eggs, canola oil, orange juice, xylitol and acerola without the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, place the blender mixture and add the flour and orange zest.
  4. Finish with the yeast
  5. Pour the batter into muffin cups and add semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
  6. Bake until golden
