- Oregano1 to taste
- Mix the cornstarch together with the 3 eggs until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Add the cheese of your choice and salt and oregano to taste. With your hands take small portions of dough and make balls. Fry in hot oil until golden. Drain on absorbent paper. If you want, freeze the balls and fry just before serving.
