- INGREDIENTS for the COVERING- Chocolate for the topping of your choice1 cup
- Colorful sprinkles and M&M's to decorate to taste
- PREPARATION for PANCAKES Mix all the ingredients in the blender until the dough is very homogeneous, heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat, grease it with margarine, place a ladle of dough in the frying pan, as soon as the dough starts to bubble, turn the pancake and leave it until golden, keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn! If you prefer, you can double the amount of the recipe for a larger amount of pancakes.
- PREPARATION for COVERAGE 1• Melt the chocolate topping in a bain-marie. 2• Using a spatula, spread the chocolate over the pancakes. 3• Decorate the pancakes with the colored sprinkles and M&M's and, if you prefer, take the fridge for the chocolate to harden faster then serve! The kids will love it!!!!!
