  • Clean shrimp400 g
  • medium pineapple1 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk200 g
  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Parsley and Nutmeg to taste
  • Parmesan cheese1 unit(s)
  1. Remove the pineapple pulp and set aside.
  2. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper and lemon, sauté in a pan with olive oil and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion, add the pineapple pulp, coconut milk, cream and curd, parsley and nutmeg
  4. Add the shrimp and mix everything for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place this stuffing inside the pineapple, cover with Parmesan cheese and bake at 200 degrees until browning. It's ready to serve!
