- Coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Leek1/2 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese1/2 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Cut the potatoes, onion and leek into slices
- Sauté the onion and leek in butter in a large skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, spread the potatoes and on top, put the onion again.
- Wait for the potatoes to brown and add a little water.
- Season the tilapia fillets with the seasoning of your choice and place over the potatoes along with the peppers, cover and wait for the fish to cook.
- When the fish is cooked, add the coconut milk and the curd, bringing to a boil.
