  • Tilapia fillet400 g
  • Ricotta Cream200 g
  • Skimmed milk50 ml
  • Sicilian lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon pepper to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Wheat flour4 tablespoon
  1. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and lemon pepper.
  2. Coat the fillets in a thin layer of wheat flour and then brown them in a frying pan with olive oil. Reserve.
  3. In the same skillet, place the juice of 1/2 Sicilian lemon and when it evaporates, add the ricotta cream and milk. Adjust the salt.
  4. Return the fillets to the skillet and finish with parsley and very thin slices of Sicilian lemon.
