- Tilapia fillets4 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sliced almonds to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Place the tilapia fillets on a platter that can go in the oven and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the butter over them. It's okay if it doesn't spread out completely and leaves a few pieces.
- Drizzle the fillets with the lemon juice. Place the sliced almonds on top of them, as many as you like.
- Cover the platter with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and return to the oven for another 30 minutes, or until the fish is at the desired point.
- OBS.: If you want, put whole garlic cloves together with the fish before taking it to the oven, so that they bake too.
