  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Small coconut milk1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Onion slices1 unit(s)
  • Coriander per to taste
  1. Season the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper and saffron.
  2. Cut the peppers, tomato and onion into slices.
  3. In a pan, make layers, alternating onion, fish, peppers and tomato.
  4. Finally, add the coconut milk, adjust the salt and sprinkle the cilantro on top.
  5. Let it cook on low heat until the fish is soft.
